I used this product about 4 times a week after cleansing/scrubbing with Burt's Bees products that I use every night. This product dries my skin out a lot (it may be because I use it after citrus products, although I've never had drying out issues when using only Burt's Bees).
I have noticed that my pores look better, so it does it's job. I recently cut my use down to about once a week and the dry skin isn't as bad anymore and I still see some results.
I would say if you have sensitive skin, this may be too harsh for you especially in the winter.

I used this toner for years, and then I returned the last shipment I received because they changed the formula; they added corn starch. It smelled bad, and it left a filmy white liquid on my face. CHANGE IT BACK, BODY SHOP!
